In addition to writing the screenplay for BUILDING BRIDGES, Cullen will also be stepping into the lead role of “Ron Moore”.

In 2010 the Humanitas Organization tapped Cullen to develop an hour-long drama in partnership with industry juggernaut, Shonda Rhimes.

Cullen’s acting credits include guest appearances on television’s fan favorites True Blood, The Mentalist, and CSI. But he is perhaps most recognized for his arresting performance as “The Bird Man” on ABC’s Grey's Anatomy.

Cullen currently recurs on ABC’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the smash hit, Scandal.

Starring and supporting film roles include turns in the big-screen thriller Shuttle, Warner Bros’ Ace Ventura Jr., John Sayles’ Sunshine State; as well as Gold Circle Films’ upcoming The Possession of Michael King.

For the Stage, Cullen wrote and starred in the award winning solo play Afraid to Look Down, which explored the real-life journey he took in becoming a first-time father to a son born with Down syndrome.
